On September 19-22, 2023, we participated in the 15th TRAKO International Railway Fair in Gdansk.
It was an ideal opportunity for us to learn about current trends in the rail market and to talk with contractors, suppliers and business partners. We would like to thank you for coming and visiting our stand, for numerous discussions and exchange of experience. It was an unforgettable time full of conversations and inspiration. The turnout at our booth exceeded our wildest expectations.

Change in the position of President of the Company's Management Board
We would like to announce personnel changes effective December 1, 2022.
René Dankwerth, who was previously responsible for the rail sector within the RECARO Group, will take over as CEO of Growag. Since 2006. René has worked for RECARO in various positions, including as EVP R&D RECARO Aircraft Seating and GM RECARO Aircraft Seating Americas. He succeeds Mark Stein in this position, who has decided to leave Growag.
The remaining composition of the company's Board of Directors remains unchanged: Michal Nowicki - Chief Operating Officer and Jan Pollak - Chief Financial Officer.

XIV Słowak Half Marathon in Grodzisk Wielkopolski
The 14th Slowak Half Marathon is one of the biggest running festivals in Poland.
This year, the run attracted more than 3,000 participants and the number of supporters along the route and their involvement certainly added wings.
